DR. JOSEPH VARON | Medical director

Pame- Owner & Patient Coordinator

Pame is one of the owners and patient coordinator at The Beauty Lab. Her passion for making people look and feel their absolute best has been mastered over the past 10 years of being in the medical industry. At The Beauty Lab located in Houston in the beautiful River Oaks, she helps manage the staff, the flow of the office, as well as consult with all potential patients. She is always striving to make sure that any insecurities a patient has about their appearance, that we correct as quickly as possible so that they feel beautiful inside and out. From her outstanding customer service skills, to her strong mission statement in making every patient look and feel their best, she is the definition of what we strive for at Beauty Lab River Oaks.

Brittany- Owner & Marketing Coordinator

Brittany is one of the owners at Beauty Lab River Oaks and helps coordinate all marketing efforts. She has owned her own marketing company for over 6 years, but her passion for the aesthetic industry is what lead her to want to open Beauty Lab. Being able to combine her knowledge and experience of marketing for other physicians, has helped her soar in knowing what media outlets will be the most effective for her own medspa in Houston. Her role at Beauty lab is to handle all day to day operations as well as oversee all marketing that is being done. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than watching a patient leave the practice with the biggest smile, saying how beautiful they feel after being treated at Beauty Lab River Oaks.

Carrie | RN, BSN | Nurse Injector

Carrie is a licensed registered nurse who began her nursing career as a surgical nurse caring for patients preoperatively, intra-operatively, and post operatively. She has an extensive background in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology nursing where she began training in laser treatments and cosmetic injectables. Carrie works closely with the dr and team members at The Beauty Lab River Oaks to help men and women make educated choices as to how they can safely achieve a natural, healthy, and age-appropriate appearance. Her passion is aesthetics and it shines through her artistic eye and attention to detail and has been represented on the faces of many beautiful Houstonians. She truly believes in the importance of an individualized skin care regimen and promotes the enhanced value of quality medical-grade products and sunscreen. Her favorite treatments are dermal fillers and photo-facials, ask her why at your next appointment!

EMILY | RN, BSN | Nurse Injector

Emily Victoria was born in El Paso TX. With her passion for soccer, she was able to travel all over the U.S to play college ball for four years. She graduated with her first degree in Chemistry and a focus on Biochemistry. That is when she lost a beloved family member who worked for EPPD and found her calling in nursing. This lead her to want to help others and went to NMSU where she graduated with her BSN. Soon after graduation, she got hired as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse. Her interest in the beauty industry only grew and got certified in Houston, TX as a Nurse Injector. Now she works both as saving newborns’ lives and evolving individual beauty.

Robyn | RN, BSN | NURSE INJECTOR

Meet Robyn Nutik RN, BSN. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Grand Canyon University. With over 20 years of experience in nursing in ICU, OR and Plastic Surgery, she is committed to safely and expertly perfecting her client’s aesthetic wishes. Robyn’s passion for medical aesthetics and facial balancing, along with her clinical background and experience has allowed her to analyze and determine which treatments will best address each individual’s needs to create a personalized treatment plan. Robyn is also a firm believer in combining in-office procedures with at-home regimens to help achieve and maintain long-term results so patients can look and feel their best.

Kelly|LICENSED AESTHETICIAN & LASER TECHNICIAN

Kelly is one of our Medical Aestheticians and is a Senior Laser Technician. She comes to us with over 6 years of experience working in the field of medical aesthetics with a background in both plastics and dermatology. Kelly prides herself on providing excellent customer service to her clients and relies on both her knowledge and expertise to adequately address her client’s skin concerns. Her methodology combines both medical grade skincare products at home as well as medical aesthetic procedures to improve her client’s skin and help them achieve their desired results.

Briana |Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Briana Lewis is a licensed Aesthetician and a licensed senior laser technician. Born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C, Briana has called Texas home for nearly a decade. A graduate of Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, and Texas Laser & Aesthetics Medspa and Training Academy in Austin, Texas, Briana has dedicatedly practiced in several premium resorts and medical facilities across the state. She is meticulous and passionate about skin care and hopes to share her deep knowledge and advanced techniques with our patients. For optimal results, Briana works to develop a personalized plan with the patient/client and they set realistic treatment options and goals. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and interior design.
